Evaluation of electrical technical performance mainly USES the type testing, the method focuses on the investigation of electrical machinery and electrical life, not the dynamic characteristics of electrical appliances and the comprehensive assessment of the effect on the mechanical and electrical life. So the electrical performance comprehensive evaluation based on dynamic characteristic test for electrical products development and practical guiding significance to the factory inspection. Literature through the study of the test of dynamic process of ac contactor, extracted from contact test waveforms can characterize contactor parameters, mechanical and electrical characteristics by contactor performance comprehensive evaluation model is set up, forming a contactor dynamic performance comprehensive evaluation system. Ac contactor, dynamic testing device with DSP as the core, set up a variety of signal sensors, data communication with PC by RS232. The test device can complete the contactor excitation current, voltage, and process of coil power electric parameter measurement. This project the construction of the test apparatus is of practical guidance, at the same time, it puts forward contactor performance evaluation system of this project is going to study contactor performance degradation and reliability estimation has important reference value.
